By accessing and using the services provided by Fishguard Watersports Hire, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Equipment Hire & Safety
All participants must follow safety briefings provided by our staff. Hire of equipment including kayaks, paddleboards, and wetsuits is subject to availability and weather conditions. Users are responsible for the equipment during the hire period.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Bookings can be made online or in person. Cancellation policies apply to all hires. Please review our full cancellation policy for details on refunds and rescheduling in case of inclement weather.
4. Liability & Insurance
Participants engage in water sports at their own risk. Fishguard Watersports Hire is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal property during the hire period. We recommend having appropriate personal insurance coverage.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our data protection policy and used solely for managing your hire and safety.
